Managed Sites is not built to be the lowest-cost way to keep a website online. It is built to give you back the time and attention your website has been taking.
Instead of relearning an editor, fixing the mobile experience, or coordinating one-off help, you email us. We handle the agreed work, keep you informed, and provide a preview before anything material publishes.
Some clients may reduce their total cost once their own time and outside help are counted. Others may spend more. In both cases, the trade is clear: direct professional care and fewer website chores.
What We Take On
We preserve what deserves to stay, improve what is getting in the way, and define exactly how much ongoing attention belongs in your care plan.
We preserve what is working, rebuild the agreed pages on a lighter foundation, and make them work cleanly across mobile devices, tablets, and desktop screens.
We host the site and handle the monitoring, version history, recovery copy, and publishing safeguards named in your care plan.
Your care plan gives you a clear email address and a bounded request allowance. Hands-on changes are scoped before work begins.

A launch-ready site can start at $500. Straightforward small-site transfers usually land toward the upper end after we review the existing site.
Managed care
$50–$150
Per month
Cloudflare hosting, automated monitoring, recovery-ready files, and a bounded email request lane. Hands-on changes are quoted and approved separately.
The $500 end is for low-touch launch setup, not a full rebuild. Larger migrations, content repair, redesigns, complex features, and domain recovery receive a separate proposal and can fall outside this range.
The one-time work required to connect or move, improve, test, and launch the agreed website.

Registration assistance, delegated DNS stewardship, and other agreed responsibilities that make sense to place with us.

No transfer begins until you approve the scope and price. The proposal shows what is included, what is optional, and how work beyond the care plan is handled.
Your Domain
Your domain is your address; hosting is the website behind it. They can be managed together or separately, and we change only what is useful.
Keep what you have
In many cases, we can connect and care for the website while your domain remains with the company you already use. We review DNS carefully so the website can move without disrupting working email or other services.
Optional stewardship
When the domain is eligible, we can help place registration with Cloudflare Registrar in an account owned and billed directly to your organization. We compare the current renewal with the live registration quote and show any Mālama stewardship fee before recommending a move.
Mālama separately quotes transfer assistance and DNS stewardship. You remain the registrant and account owner. Eligibility, timing, and exact renewal cost are confirmed before any move.

Ownership Stays Clear
